Jorge Díaz has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Jorge started their career in 2016 as a Team Lead and Developer in Agralogics, where they worked with Ruby on Rails. From 2018 to 2019, they worked at Kwan Tecnología as a Project Manager, Developer, and DevOps, where they successfully managed the creation of an internal system and completed 13 sprints using agile methodology.

In 2019, Jorge joined Whitehat Security as a Team Lead, Developer, and DevOps, where they developed Eclipse and IntelliJ plug-ins for vulnerability scanning tools. Jorge also delivered the Eclipse plug-in to the client.

In the same year, they transitioned to Electriphi Inc as an L2 Customer Support Manager, and later moved to Ford Pro in 2021 to work as an L2 Customer Support Manager. In these roles, they handled various responsibilities such as managing support teams, escalating tickets, training new engineers, analyzing logs, and communicating with customers and executives. Jorge also created SOPs, workflows, and scripts for reporting.

Their most recent work experience is as a Back End Engineer at Cruisebound, Inc. starting from 2023.

Throughout their career, Jorge has gained expertise in technologies like Java, Kotlin, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, Graphql, AWS EC2, AWS S3, and has demonstrated skills in project management, development, and DevOps.

Jorge Díaz completed their Engineer's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey between 2004 and 2009. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid from 2011 to 2013.
