Craig Rickenbach has worked in a variety of roles since 2001. Craig began their career as a Sales Representative at ClearOne in 2001. In 2004, they became a Small Business Owner at Once Upon a Shelf. In 2009, they took on the role of CEO at Persnickety Clothing Co. Most recently, they have been a Senior Sales Executive at Crucial Learning since 2019.

Craig Rickenbach obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Spanish from the University of Utah between 1998 and 2001.
