Michael Silva's work experience includes various roles in different organizations.

Michael currently works at Cru Military as the Division CFO since October 2022.

Before that, they worked at Cru as the Finance Team Leader starting in August 2014.

Prior to their time at Cru, they were the Senior Pastor at Calvary Chapel South Orlando from September 2013 onwards.

From March 2009 to September 2013, they served as a Pastor, Church Planter, and Missionary at Calvary Chapel Iwakuni.

Their career started in the United States Marine Corps, where they held roles as a Budget Officer (GS12 Civil Service) from October 2005 to February 2009, and as a Marine Officer (O3E) from March 1995 to October 2005.

Michael Silva obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management from the University of South Carolina, attending from 1998 to 2001.
