Kimberly Ellerbrock is an experienced professional in the real estate and appraisal fields, currently serving as an Appraisal Assistant at Platinum Appraisal Co since December 2023. Kimberly has also held the position of REALTOR® at CRT, Realtors® since March 2020. Prior experience includes roles as an Appraisal Assistant at True Footage from September 2022 to November 2023 and at The Appraisal Station from May 2021 to September 2022. Academically, Kimberly Ellerbrock holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Ohio University and a Master’s degree in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services from the University of Dayton, along with education from Hondros College.
