Bingling H. has extensive experience in the railway industry, currently serving as Project Manager, Engineering Manager, and Train Weight Manager at CRRC MA since July 2017. Prior to this role, Bingling H. worked as a System Engineer at Alstom Transport from July 2014 to July 2017. Bingling H. holds a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Syracuse University, obtained between 2012 and 2014, and a Bachelor's Degree in Thermal and Power Engineering from the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, completed from 2008 to 2012.
