Hubert Jacobs van Merlen is an experienced advisor and investor, currently serving at JvM as an advisor to Private Equity organizations and an active investor in small private companies. Alongside this role, Hubert holds various significant positions including Chairman of the Board at Wood Optic Diffusion SA, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at CRP Henri Tudor, and member of the Board of Directors at Bekaert and Telindus. Hubert has also chaired the Board at CRP - Gabriel Lippmann. Previously, Hubert was President and CEO of IEE, Senior Executive Vice President & CFO at Commercial Intertech Corp, and Group Financial Controller at Chromalloy Corp. Hubert began a career in advisory and auditing at KPMG and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Université catholique de Louvain.
