Kresimir Musa has a diverse and extensive work experience in the technology industry. Kresimir started their career as a Software Development Consultant at Nove tehnologije, where they gained experience in Java development and worked on various web application projects. Kresimir then joined CROZ as an Assistant Executive Director before becoming the Director of Consulting Services, where they played a key role in managing and leading consulting projects. Kresimir later took on the position of Chief Technology Officer, demonstrating their expertise in technology management. In 2011, they co-founded Agile Croatia and served as a Member of the Board, contributing to the growth and promotion of the agile community in Croatia. Kresimir also provided mentorship at STEMI - Learning by Creating and ZIP Incubator, further showcasing their dedication to supporting and guiding others in their professional journeys.

Kresimir Musa earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Zagreb / Sveučilište u Zagrebu in 2001. Kresimir then went on to obtain a Master of Science in Computer Science from the same university from 2002 to 2011. In addition to their degrees, Kresimir Musa holds several certifications, including being an IBM Champion 2017 - IBM Cloud, a Certified ScrumMaster®, a Certified Specialist - SOA Solution Designer, and a Certified Specialist - Rational Object Oriented Analysis and Design.
