Claire Fletcher is an experienced professional currently serving as the Strategic Commissioning Manager for Older People and Carers at Croydon Council since November 2022. Claire is the founder of Creative Thought, focusing on compassionate workplaces and employee wellbeing since August 2019. Previous roles include Health and Wellbeing Practitioner and Health Network Manager at Shaw Trust, where Claire managed health and wellbeing services for the Work and Health Programme, and Development Manager at Migrant Help, focusing on support services for asylum seekers and modern slavery victims.
