Aalishan Khan is an experienced professional in the IT staffing and recruitment industry. Currently serving as an Account Manager at Crox Consulting Inc since April 2024, Aalishan is responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring successful placements. Previously, Aalishan held the position of Talent Acquisition Specialist at Crox Rpo, leading a team of recruiters to secure top talent and foster a collaborative team culture since April 2021. Earlier experience includes working as a Technical Recruiter at OpenRoad Solutions LLC from June 2017 to March 2021, managing the entire recruiting process for major clients.
