Charlie Briffitt is an accomplished leader in the manufacturing sector with extensive experience, currently serving as Senior Technical Manager at Crown Holdings, Inc. since April 2013. Charlie has demonstrated expertise in utilizing innovative approaches and LEAN principles to enhance operational efficiencies, overseeing over 150 employees and contributing to the production of more than 2 billion units annually. Previous roles include Project Manager at PLC Trenching, where Charlie managed clean energy electrical projects, and Project Manager at Carillion Government Services, leading significant design reviews for critical services within a major hospital project. Additional experience includes a Design Manager position for a $300 million Ministry of Defense project and service as a Helicopter Pilot in the Royal Air Force, where Charlie excelled in high-pressure environments. Charlie holds an MBA from Auburn University and a BA in American Studies from Swansea University.
