Roy Rashid has extensive experience in the industrial sector, serving as the owner of Topco International since 1989 and as an agent for Double E Company and IKS Klingelnberg / TKM GmbH since 1994 and 2002 respectively. Additionally, Roy held the position of D.O.I. in the industrial organization department at Goodyear from 1990 to 1992. Educational qualifications include an engineering degree from FAAP - Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado (1989 - 1991) and studies at Escola de Engenharia Mauá (1984 - 1989), complemented by foundational education at Saint Paul's School (1972 - 1982).
