Zachary Diamond has a diverse background in education and customer service spanning several years. Currently serving as a Product and Customer Service Associate at Crown Trophy since April 2022, Zachary previously held the position of Office Management at Peak Bikes Pro Shop, where responsibilities included managing schedules, client communications, inventory, and organizing fundraisers. Prior experience includes working as an Assistant Language Teacher through the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program(me), where Zachary developed English lesson plans for Japanese students and assisted homeroom teachers. Additionally, experience as a Paraprofessional with the NYC Department of Education involved providing support to students with special needs. Zachary holds a Bachelor of Education in History Teacher Education from Queens College, completed between 2014 and 2017.
