Jim Olczak has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in customer service, library services, and law enforcement. Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at Crown Trophy since November 2019, Jim previously held the position of Library Associate at Jacksonville Public Library from June 2017 to November 2018. Jim spent over two decades at Sunrise Police Department, progressing to the role of Sergeant from August 1996 to January 2017. Jim holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and American Literature, along with completion of an Undergraduate Teacher Education Program from Brown University, where studies took place from 1990 to 1994.
