Kate Lyons is an experienced hospitality professional with a diverse background in customer service and event planning. Currently serving as a server at Crown Shy since February 2019, Kate has also worked as a bartender at Vic’s and held multiple roles at Del Posto Ristorante and Union Square Hospitality Group. Prior to their work in the hospitality industry, Kate was the Philanthropy Chairman for Kappa Kappa Gamma, where responsibilities included planning community service events and raising funds for cancer research. Additional experience includes roles as a research intern at UC Santa Barbara, a cashier at DIY Home Center, a resident assistant for State Street Ballet, and an usher for the Los Angeles Philharmonic. Kate holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Dance from UC Santa Barbara.
