Mark Medley currently serves as Group Program Director for Resort Guest Innovation & Compliance at Crown Resorts, a position held since May 2022, following a tenure as Senior Project Manager for Financial Crime & Compliance. Prior to Crown Resorts, Mark held the role of Senior Project Manager for Community Sport at AFL - Australian Football League from November 2020 to April 2022. Mark's extensive career at National Australia Bank spanned over three decades, where Mark held various positions including Portfolio Delivery Manager and Senior Project Manager, overseeing multiple significant projects related to Merchant Acquiring, Digital Communication Platforms, Customer Journey Programs, and Residential Mortgage Lending, among others. Mark's project management experience is complemented by a history of leading diverse initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and compliance across multiple sectors.
