Tony Keenan has extensive experience in customer service and business support, currently serving as the Head of Customer Services UK&I and Head of Client Services UK&I at Crown Records Management since August 2022. Tony began a career in the document management industry at Brunswick Document Management Limited, where roles ranged from Customer Service Manager to Administrative Assistant. Earlier professional experiences include positions in security, fabrication, and freight services, reflecting a diverse skill set developed over several decades. Education was completed at St Peter's RC Comprehensive from 1984 to 1988.
