Srikanth Durai has over a decade of extensive experience in sales and business development within the records management and document management sectors. Currently serving as Head of Sales at Crown Records Management since January 2010, Srikanth has overseen a team of 13 business development managers across India, focusing on a range of service offerings including records management services, document management software, and HR onboarding solutions. Previously, Srikanth held several key positions within Crown, such as Manager RMS - India, Regional Manager for South India, Branch Manager, and Customer Service Delivery Manager, demonstrating strong leadership and relationship management skills. Prior to joining Crown, Srikanth worked as a Business Development Executive at Zillione Solutions South India Pvt Ltd, generating leads for Sage ERP products. Educational credentials include a Post Graduate Program in Business Administration from the Indo German Training Centre and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Prathyusha Engineering College.
