Kareem Speake is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and program administration. Currently serving as Program Director for the Mt Shasta Race Association and Mt Shasta Ski and Snowboard Team since October 2020, Kareem oversees the snowsports education program, focusing on coach hiring, marketing, and program quality enhancement. Previously, Kareem has held significant positions at Crown Motors since January 2006, including Sales Inventory Manager and Fleet Manager, where responsibilities included managing vehicle flow and inventory as well as collaborating with dealership leadership. Prior experience also includes serving as Inventory Manager at Wittmeier Auto Center and as a Web Writer at NBC Internet. Kareem holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History with a minor in Geography from California State University, Chico.
