Rachel Hayes has over 15 years of experience in procurement and digital solutions, currently serving as a Service Owner and Business Analyst at Crown Commercial Service since April 2014. Previously, Rachel held positions as Product Manager and Digital Solutions Senior Manager, focusing on eMarketplace management and government service delivery. Prior experience includes roles in Government Procurement Services as an eMarketplace Manager and at the Department for Work and Pensions as a Shared Services Technical Procurement Manager.
