Maija McEvoy is a Commercial Enablement Lead at Crown Commercial Service since September 2018, where responsibilities include supporting the change programme for commercial aspects and leading initiatives related to commercial capability, external service delivery, and process improvement. Previous roles at Crown include Commercial Lead for the AI Strategic Category and Category Manager for Artificial Intelligence, focusing on compliance with procurement regulations and market research. Maija also served as Race Equality Network Chair at CCS, promoting inclusion and diversity within the organization. Prior experience with the UK Ministry of Defence involved managing medical logistics and supply chain for medical equipment, including roles as Medical Equipment Manager and Medical Acquisitions Specialist. Maija holds a BA (Hons) in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from The Open University, along with business finance diplomas from West Suffolk College.
