Mitchel MacNair is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent development, learning strategy, and leadership within both the corporate and military sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Development and Learning at Crown Castle, MacNair has successfully implemented new organizational designs and led initiatives to create a human-centered design approach in learning and development. Previously at Dow, MacNair held multiple director roles, notably as a Global Learning & Career Growth Consultant, where significant contributions to digital transformation and employee development strategies were made. MacNair began a career in the US Navy as a Nuclear Electrician's Mate with a focus on engineering and training, culminating in a solid foundation in both technical and leadership skills. Educationally, MacNair holds a Master of Science in Executive Engineering Management and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
