Jill Alexander, MBA, PMP, serves as the VP of Cloud Platform Engineering and Operations at Crown Castle since September 2022. Prior to this role, Jill held positions at Amazon as a Senior Engineering Leader and at Choice Hotels International, where responsibilities included Sr. Director of Cloud Platform Engineering and Senior Director of Information Technology. Earlier experience includes IT Director for Contact Center Technologies at Expedia, Inc., and Sr. Engagement Manager at Insight. Jill began their career as the National Operations Manager at NextiraOne. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Marylhurst University and a Bachelor of Science in Criminology from Regents College.
