Dylan Baker has over a decade of experience in project management and construction management within the telecommunications industry. Currently, Dylan serves as a Project Manager and Construction Manager at Crown Castle since October 2018. Prior to this role, Dylan worked at High Desert Communications Inc. as an RF Foreman from October 2012 to October 2018, and gained foundational experience as a Towerhand at C & G Communications from October 2011 to October 2012. Dylan holds a diploma from La Joya Community High School, graduated in 2011.
