Roberts Grava serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Momentum Investments since June 2024 and leads Crown Agents Investment Management in the same capacity since June 2020, focusing on efficient asset management for institutional investors, particularly central banks and sovereign entities. Grava is also an Executive Director and Board Member at Momentum Global Investment Management since June 2023. Previously served as Managing Director at Lumiica with expertise in asset allocation, risk management, and governance advisory from 2019 to June 2020. Grava held significant roles at J.P. Morgan Asset Management from 2007 to 2018, where responsibilities included managing official institution assets and risk analytics, and at The World Bank Treasury, overseeing quantitative strategies and fixed income portfolios from 2005 to 2012. Grava began a career at the Bank of Latvia, managing reserves and serving on the Executive Board from 1994 to 2005. Education includes attendance at Columbia University.
