Shauna Tekula, MBA, CTL has over 17 years of experience in logistics and training, currently serving as Manager of Logistics Training at Crowley since September 2011. In this role, Shauna leads a team that develops and deploys training for both new hires and existing employees. Previous positions at Crowley include Analyst IV, Business Systems/Logistics Trainer, where training curriculums and user manuals were created, and Senior Quality Assurance Analyst, Ops, which involved auditing invoices and resolving disputes. Prior to Crowley, Shauna worked as a Log Auditor/Administrative Specialist at Southeast Transportation Systems, Inc., where the log audit process was automated, and as a Processing Associate at Southeast Toyota Distributors, LLC. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Logistics, Management Applications, and a BBA in Transportation & Logistics from the University of North Florida, alongside an AA and AS in Business from Florida Community College.
