Jennifer Robinson, MBA, currently serves as the Manager of Talent Acquisition at Crowley, a position held since November 2023. Prior roles include Talent Acquisition Manager at Lindblad Expeditions from May 2022 to November 2023 and Recruiting Manager at the Seattle Kraken from May 2021 to May 2022. Jennifer gained significant experience as an Executive Recruiter and HR & Career Consultant at Passage and Associates for nearly 17 years, where personal relationships were developed to enhance talent retention and acquisition services. Previously, Jennifer held the role of International Human Resources Manager at World Concern, a global relief agency, and worked as Career Development Manager and Recruiting Manager at Moss Adams LLP. Jennifer holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Washington State University.
