Prior to this role, Geralyn held various leadership positions at companies such as Organon and Merck, where Geralyn oversaw global communications, public policy, government affairs, and ESG initiatives. Geralyn also has a background in law and international affairs, with experience in trade counsel and intellectual property. Geralyn holds a J.D. from Stanford Law School and has degrees in Political Science, Economics, and International Economics.
