Sherry Lam is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in state and local tax management. Currently serving as State and Local Tax Senior Manager at Crowe since August 2023, Sherry previously held the position of Managing Director in State and Local Tax at Grant Thornton LLP from December 2011 to July 2023. Prior to this role, Sherry was a Manager in Multistate Tax at Deloitte Tax LLP from May 2002 to November 2011 and worked as a Senior at Arthur Andersen LLP from 1999 to 2002. Sherry began their career as an HR Associate at BP Amoco from 1996 to 1999. Academically, Sherry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois Chicago, completed between 1996 and 1998, and attended the University of Colorado Boulder from 1993 to 1996.
