Jeff Schmidt currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Crowe, a position held since October 2023. With a robust career at Crowe LLP beginning in April 2014 as a Principal, Schmidt leads product services in financial services, focusing on credit risk management automation and process improvement through technology. Prior to this, Schmidt spent nearly two decades at Crowe Horwath LLP where roles included Senior Manager and Director of New Product Development, driving significant revenue growth and directing IT advisory services. Academic qualifications include a B.S. in Computer Science from Central Michigan University and Executive Management in Innovation from Vanderbilt University's Owen Graduate School of Management.
