JoNataye Prather, PhD, MSW, PSM-I, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and education consulting. Currently serving as a Project Manager and Business Consultant at Nationwide since September 2022, JoNataye also holds a longstanding role as an Education Consultant at The Shaw Group, LLC since January 2013. Previously, JoNataye has held senior positions including Senior Project Manager at Union Institute & University and Contributing Professor at Walden University. Additional academic roles include Project Manager and Assistant Professor at Tarleton State University and Ohio Dominican University. JoNataye's early experience includes positions at The Ohio State University as a Graduate Research Assistant and MSW Social Work Field Liaison, as well as school social work roles within Columbus City Schools and Reynoldsburg City School District. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Social Work, an MSW, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology along with African & African-American Studies, all earned at The Ohio State University.
