Xiaoning Li has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Xiaoning is currently working as a Principal Engineer at CrowdStrike since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Architect at Netskope from August 2021 to February 2022. Xiaoning also has a significant tenure at Alibaba Cloud where they served as the Chief Security Architect and Director of Alibaba Cloud Security Research from January 2017 to August 2021. In this role, they played a crucial role in driving and developing confidential computing and new hardware-assisted trusted cloud architecture. Earlier in their career, Xiaoning worked as a Security Researcher and Architect at Intel Labs from February 2010 to January 2017, and as a Product Security Engineer at Intel Inc from October 2005 to January 2010. Xiaoning began their career as a Security Software Engineer at Motorola Inc from February 2005 to October 2005, and at O2 Micro from July 2004 to January 2005.

Xiaoning Li attended Tsinghua University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. They also pursued further education at Tsinghua University and achieved a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
