Toby Harding is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at CrowdStrike since February 2024. Previously, Toby held the role of Senior Talent Partner at Bright Network for a brief period in late 2023 and spent over two years at Theodo UK as a Senior Recruitment and Candidate Experience Principal, focusing on senior hires and enhancing candidate experiences. In addition to recruitment, Toby led Diversity and Inclusion initiatives and implemented Agile and Lean principles in hiring practices. Toby co-founded Product London and co-organized Agile London, fostering collaboration within the agile community. Additionally, Toby worked as a Principal Consultant at Oliver Bernard, specializing in technology recruitment, and held various roles in account management, writing, event planning, and marketing. Education includes a Higher National Certificate in Politics from London Metropolitan University and attendance at multiple educational institutions.
