Donnacha Forde is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in cybersecurity and software engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Technology Strategist in the Office of the CTO at CrowdStrike since April 2024, Forde previously held roles including Technical Director & Principal Engineer at Malwarebytes, where contributions included evaluating the Chromebook Ecosystem and advising on technology implications for new markets. Forde's past experiences at McAfee involved leading engineering teams in endpoint detection and response, where notable achievements included significant improvements in detection capabilities and the development of industry-leading solutions. Additional roles have included Adjunct Lecturer at Munster Technological University, Senior Manager & Lead Architect at Tyco, and various engineering positions at EMC, Com21, Motorola, and Ford Motor Company. Forde holds a BSc in Computer Science from University College Cork and an MSc in Distributed Information Systems from the University of East London.
