Molly Hart has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Molly began their career in 2007 as a Sales Associate at Sturgis Boat Works, where they excelled in customer service and contributed to marketing efforts. Molly then worked as a Brand Ambassador at Keen Footwear, organizing sustainability events and promoting national campaigns. In 2008, Molly served as a Brand Ambassador for the Crocs Running Tour at Q Productions, implementing grassroots marketing strategies and managing event logistics. Molly joined Acumed in 2009 and held various roles, including Inventory Coordinator, Business Development Associate, and Business Development Analyst, where they managed projects, analyzed ROI, and facilitated acquisitions. From 2012 to 2014, Molly worked at Nike as a Location Planning Analyst, achieving impressive sales growth in North American Factory Stores. Molly then joined Little Bird in 2015, where they served as a Customer Success Guide and later as a Customer Success Manager, overseeing a team and managing key accounts, including prominent clients such as Microsoft and IBM. Molly also had their own business, Wet Wizard Sauce Co., a craft hot sauce company that they owned since 2017. Lastly, they have been associated with CrowdStreet since 2017, holding several roles including Customer Success Manager, Senior Customer Success Manager, Manager of Strategic Accounts, Senior Manager of Strategic Transformation, and currently serves as the Director of Product Delivery.
From 2004 to 2008, Molly Hart attended the University of Oregon - Charles H.
