Pankaj Kumar is a Senior UX Designer at Crowdstaffing powered by Prosperix since August 2022, collaborating with the Chief Product Officer to develop large-scale hiring solutions. Previously, Pankaj held the position of Design Team Lead at Vaizle from February 2020 to November 2021, where responsibilities included creating the Dashboard for the Ad Analytics section through requirements gathering, wireframing, UI design, and prototyping. Concurrently, Pankaj served as Design Team Lead at XOR Labs, addressing design challenges for ad graphics, website UI, ad GIFs, and dashboard UX/UI. Pankaj also operated as a Business Owner at Grover Electronics between March 2017 and October 2019 and worked as a Digital Marketing Specialist at XOR Labs in late 2016. Pankaj's educational background includes attendance at Manav Mangal SMART School and Chitkara University, where a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science was pursued.
