Michelle Caers has a diverse range of work experience in the tech and education sectors. Michelle co-founded and served as both CEO and CMO of Crowdmark, a grading and assessment solution for educators. Prior to that, they founded and led DesignedUX, a User Experience Design firm. Michelle also worked as an Entrepreneur in Residence at The DMZ at Ryerson University, where they advised and supported early-stage women-led startups. Michelle served as the Chief Customer Officer at Savvica, an education marketing company, and as the Business Development Manager at Prospero Learning Solutions. Additionally, Michelle worked as a Regional Sales Manager at Desire2Learn and as Vice-President at Wilder & Associates, a web services company.

Michelle Caers has a M.B.A in Strategy and Organizational Development from Nottingham University Business School. Michelle also holds a B.A. Hons in Political Science from Western University. Additionally, Michelle Caers completed a second year exchange at Universite Canadienne en France.
