Lorita Hashani started their work experience in 2015 as an Ausbildung Kauffrau Bank M-Profil at Raiffeisen Gruppe. Lorita worked in this role until 2018 when they transitioned to a role as Mitarbeiterin Kreditverarbeitung. In 2020, Lorita became the Stv. Leiterin Compliance und Qualität at Raiffeisen Gruppe, a position they held until 2022. In May 2022, Lorita joined crowdhouse.ch as a Jr. Legal & Transaction Manager, where they are currently employed.

Lorita Hashani started their education in 2015 at the CYP, where they obtained a degree in Bankkauffrau with a specialization in Bankfachwissen. During the same period from 2015 to 2018, they also attended the Berufsbildungszentrum Zürichsee and received an Eidgenössisches Fähigkeitszeugnis mit Berufsmatura in Ausbildung Kauffrau Bank. In 2018, Lorita Hashani further pursued their education at the ZHAW School of Management and Law, where they are currently working towards a Bachelor's degree in Wirtschaftsrecht with a focus in Wirtschaftsrecht.

Additionally, in February 2018, Lorita Hashani obtained the DELF B2 Diplôme d'études en langue française from République française. In December 2017, they also obtained the First Certificate in English from Cambridge Assessment English.
