Ayema Rehman is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Marketplace/Delivery Ops at Crowdbotics since January 2023, following roles as Marketplace Operations Manager and Marketplace Operations Specialist within the same company. Ayema is also the Founder of Better Learn, a platform aimed at enabling qualified professionals to teach IB students. Previously, Ayema held the position of Ops Manager at SudoStudy, an ed-tech startup focused on enhancing learning through curated quizzes, and served as Head of Business Ops at GitStart. Early in the career, Ayema gained clinical experience as a Dental Assistant at Diestal Dental Group, and later as Operations Manager at Shifa Dental Clinic Lahore, overseeing operational improvements and digital transformations. Ayema Rehman holds a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Lahore Medical & Dental College and a Bachelor of Science from the University of the Punjab.
