Lauren Stevens has had a diverse work experience. Lauren began working as a Nursing Resources Assistant at MedStar St. Mary's Hospital in 2012. Lauren then took on a Supervisor role at Atwater's in the same year. In 2014, they became an Intern at PerformFit Sports Experience. The following year, they took on the role of Physical Therapy Technician at Physiotherapy Associates. In 2016, they began working as a Server at Relish Restaurant & Bar. In 2017, they became an Account Specialist at Smashtech. Most recently, in 2018, they were appointed Director of Customer Care at Crowdability, where they are responsible for driving new business growth, managing lead distribution, and setting quarterly and weekly quotas.

Lauren Stevens attended Leonardtown High School from 2006 to 2010, and then Towson University from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science.
