Michael Plotkin is an experienced educational leader with a career spanning over two decades in various capacities within school district environments. Currently serving as Principal at Croton-Harmon Union Free School District since July 2007, Michael Plotkin evaluates teachers, leads committees on bullying prevention and student advisory, and has implemented significant programs such as PBIS and a student-centered recess initiative. Prior roles include serving as an administrator and social studies teacher at Chappaqua Central School District and James Madison High School, where responsibilities included managing budgets, overseeing curriculum development, and facilitating teacher workshops. Michael Plotkin holds a Professional Certificate in School Leadership from Teachers College, Columbia University, and two Master's degrees in History from Brooklyn College.
