Erika W. is currently participating in the Management Candidate Acceleration Program at Gilbane Building Company, which involves a two-year rotational experience across six departments to gain comprehensive business exposure. Previously, Erika held roles as Project Engineer II and I at Gilbane, focusing on managing change orders and project execution. Concurrently, Erika has been a Ski Instructor at Crotched Mountain Ski and Ride since December 2016, teaching skiing fundamentals and training new instructors. Erika's earlier experiences include serving as a Campus Tour Guide and Community Advisor at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, where responsibilities included leading tours and supporting college first-year students. Additional internships at Gilbane provided hands-on experience in construction engineering and pre-construction processes. Erika holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a High School Diploma from The Derryfield School.
