Randy Hillebrand is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and quality assurance. Since July 2001, Randy has served as a consultant and teacher for Crossworld, focusing on church leadership training in the countries of the former Soviet Union and Asia. Prior to this role, Randy was the Senior Pastor at Bark River Bible Church from March 1993 to July 2001. Randy's early career includes positions as a Newsprint Clerk at the Chicago Tribune Media Group, a Quality Assurance Engineer at Zenitron, where oversight of product quality for hearing aids occurred, and a Quality Control Technician at Technicon T & T, responsible for inspecting materials for mainframe computers. Randy holds a Master of Arts in Ministry and a Bachelor of Arts in Bible from Moody Bible Institute, as well as an Associate of Science in Electronic Technology from Madison Area Technical College.
