Faith Jones is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as the Director of Care Coordination and Lean Consulting at HealthTech since August 2015. In this role, Faith assesses and implements workflow redesigns, teaches lean concepts, and aids healthcare organizations in care coordination and chronic care management.
