Daniel Niswonger

Vice President Investment Banking at Crosstree

Daniel Niswonger has extensive experience in the investment banking industry. Daniel is currently serving as the Vice President of Investment Banking at Crosstree since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked at William Blair as an Investment Banking Associate from May 2018 to January 2022. Before that, they had roles as an Investment Banking Associate and an Investment Banking Analyst at Brown Gibbons Lang & Company from October 2016 to April 2018 and from March 2014 to September 2016, respectively. Additionally, they worked at Robert W. Baird & Co. where they held several positions, including Investment Banking M&A Market Specialist, Assistant Financial Analyst - Financial Reporting, Assistant Financial Analyst - Private Equity, and Public Finance Intern, from July 2013 to March 2014, from September 2012 to June 2013, from October 2011 to October 2012, and from May 2010 to October 2011, respectively. Before entering the investment banking industry, Daniel Niswonger served as the Director of Corporate Communications at Majic Enterprises, Inc from June 2008 to August 2010. Daniel also briefly worked as a Teller at M&I Bank from May 2008 to August 2008 and as a Shop Stocker at Marquette Sprit Shop from August 2007 to May 2008.

Daniel Niswonger has a strong educational background in the field of accounting. Daniel attended Marquette University High School from 2003 to 2007. After completing their high school education, Daniel went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree at Marquette University, where they studied Accounting and English Literature from 2007 to 2011. Continuing their education, Daniel then obtained a Masters of Science in Accounting degree from Marquette University in 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Daniel has also obtained certification in the financial industry. In August 2014, they obtained the Series 63 certification from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), followed by the Series 79 certification from the same institution in the same month and year.
