Denise Mead is an experienced administrative professional with a diverse background in executive support and customer experience management. Currently serving as Executive Assistant at Crossroads of America Council, Boy Scouts of America since April 2018, Denise has previously held key roles at YP, The Real Yellow Pages®, and AT&T, where responsibilities included creating sales reports, organizing events, managing compliance training, and supporting HR functions. With a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Ball State University, Denise began a career in education as a sixth-grade teacher before transitioning to administrative roles in the corporate sector.
