John W. Frye IV possesses a diverse professional background with experience in leadership, project management, and program development. Currently serving as Missions Pastor, Global Missions Coordinator, and Young Professionals Co-Director at Crossroads Fellowship since March 2018, John has successfully led a team of over 15 leaders, developed leadership documentation, and directed programming for classes of 25 or more adults. Previous roles include a Business Analyst and Project Management Intern at Sawyer Solutions, Operations Manager, and Landscaper at Mulchman Professional Landscape Installation, and Owner/Operator of 4M Landscaping. Academic credentials include a BSBA in Supply Chain and Operations Management from East Carolina University, along with advanced studies in Biblical Studies, Theology, and Christian Ministry from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary.
