Elizabeth Donovan is an experienced professional in the fields of counseling and education. Currently serving as an Elementary School Counselor for Fairfax County Public Schools since April 2019, Elizabeth also works at Pender Hill Preschool as a Preschool Teacher and has held the role of Psychotherapist at Crossroads Counseling Center since March 2016. Previous roles include program assistant with the Volunteers in Police Service and volunteer therapist for the Office for Women & Domestic and Sexual Violence Services. Additionally, Elizabeth has a background in writing, having contributed as a freelance columnist for Psychology Today and as a senior editor and founder of ParentingPink. Elizabeth holds a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology & Forensics from Marymount University and a Bachelor's degree in Government from the University of Virginia.
