Shelley Reese is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in development and advancement roles across various educational organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Advancement Officer at Crossroads Continuum since January 2024, Shelley has previously held positions such as Director of Development at Nashoba Learning Group, Park Street School/Park Street Kids, and Esperanza Academy of Lawrence. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Advancement Officer at The Learning Center for the Deaf and Director of Development at Lexington Christian Academy, The Sage School, and multiple roles at Eastern Nazarene College, where Shelley also contributed as Associate Director of Gift and Estate Planning. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Business Communication and PR from Emerson College and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Arts from Eastern Nazarene College, complemented by participation in the MetroWest Leadership Academy.
