Currently serving as an Expert MarTech Architect at Discover Financial Services, Tom is leading the development of a MarTech architecture and execution roadmap. As the Founder and Lead Consultant at Crossroads Consulting Company, Tom is focused on helping small businesses align their technology and business strategies. Previous roles include SVP of Technology at Children's Health Defense, where Tom led the nonprofit's digital transformation, and Senior MarTech Architect at Wells Fargo, where Tom played a key role in digital marketing initiatives.
