Matthew Philip is an experienced professional in global outreach and consultancy, currently serving as the Global Outreach Lead at Crossroads Christian Church since August 2021 and as a Senior Consultant at Global Consultants, Inc. since October 2014. Previous roles include Director for Global Outreach at Trinity Church, Adjunct Faculty at Development Associates International, and Associate Director of Urbana with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA. Matthew also held significant positions at The MacLaurin Institute, New India Evangelistic Association, New India Bible College, and the India Christian Handbook Project. Matthew is a Doctoral Studies Candidate in Leading Change at Fuller Theological Seminary, where previous degrees include a Master of Divinity and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering.
